What is the free core tier?
The free core is open-source software licensed under MIT. It includes the policy engine, 5 guardrails, CLI tool, and the bash/file/HTTP executors. It is fully self-hosted — there is no cloud component.
How is the Pro UI licensed?
The Pro web dashboard and approval channels are a paid hosted service. You connect your self-hosted Outcall instance to the Pro cloud layer, which provides the UI, Telegram/Discord bots, and enhanced log viewer.
What counts as a seat?
A seat is a human user account that can log in to the web dashboard, receive approval requests, and view audit logs. Agents themselves do not consume seats.
Can I run Pro on-premises?
